Creating an account and exploring SandeshWA is free. Connecting WhatsApp and sending messages unlock with a one-time activation fee, shown before you pay. It is SandeshWA's own fee and is never presented as a WhatsApp or Meta charge. Any assisted-setup service is priced separately and shown before you agree to it.

SandeshWA is designed around prepaid usage rather than a mandatory recurring subscription.

WhatsApp/Meta pricing varies by message category, recipient market and applicable pricing rules. SandeshWA adds its platform/service pricing on top.

Yes. Add funds with UPI, cards or net banking. GST is added at checkout, and the amount you add is credited to your wallet. Wallet balance can only be spent on messages sent with SandeshWA; it can't be withdrawn or transferred.

Creating an account and looking around is free. To connect WhatsApp and send messages you pay a one-time activation fee of ₹5,000 plus GST. It isn't added to your wallet balance, and there is no monthly subscription.

SandeshWA works with the WhatsApp Business Platform. You connect the business account and number you own, using the platform's onboarding and verification steps.

Yes, subject to approved templates, consent/opt-in requirements and WhatsApp policies.

Utility messages generally have a lower underlying Meta rate than marketing messages, but SandeshWA pricing is configurable and may change with the underlying provider/Meta pricing.
