Products and services
Account activation
One-time. Unlocks connecting your WhatsApp Business number and sending messages. It is not added to your wallet.
₹5,000 + GST
GST ₹900. You pay ₹5,900.
Wallet top-up
Prepaid credit you spend on messages. Add between ₹500 and ₹50,000 at a time.
The amount you add + GST
Full amount is credited to your wallet; GST at 18% is added at checkout.
Marketing message
Promotions, offers and announcements.
₹1.10 per message
Charged from your wallet when the message is sent.
Utility message
Updates about something the customer asked for or did.
₹0.20 per message
Charged from your wallet when the message is sent.
Authentication message
One-time passcodes and verification.
₹0.20 per message
Charged from your wallet when the message is sent.
Service message
Replies to a customer who messaged you first.

10,000 marketing messages at ₹1.10 each cost ₹11,000, taken from your wallet as they are sent.
